Welcome to Manning Remodeling + Construction, Inc. – a 1st class, full service remodeling and renovation contractor servicing North Dallas & Collin Counties. The first and most important decision of any project is finding and selecting the right contractor. You will need to trust them and their crews, trust them in/with your home, trust their workmanship, service, and willingness to work with you if/when changes or complications arise. This is scary, as contractor horror stories are more abundant than ever. We on the other hand, are so confident in our crews, workmanship and service that I’m willing to start your project with zero risk to you. Call us now to learn more! These days, you have to do more research than ever before, as all kinds of contractors are migrating to North Texas from every direction. Locally, it seems like a new “remodeling” company is born every day. Just remember, the money you initially save with an inexperienced, low-cost, or single trade contractor, does not come without significant risk. I encourage everyone to start their project with research and study from multiple sources. I’m confident the more you see and hear about us, the more you’ll like! In the end, most home owners understand, desire and are willing to pay fair price for better tradesmen, better workmanship, better materials and better service from a better organization. You want no band aids, no short cuts and attention to every detail. You want 1st class service and 1st class results from a team of professionals. You know the difference. This is our clientele. Please check us out with the Better Business Bureau, Good Contractors List, Angie’s List, Google or even talk to one of our past or current clients. Then, call us to schedule a short meeting to discuss your next project!

"This guy really does need help, just not with his kitchen remodel! If you have the time to waste on this guy, do some research on him; all his other 1 star reviews, what some other contractors have said about him, and it gets worse from there. The Lord works in mysterious ways. So glad I didn’t step foot in this guys house! 1. Tuesday Oct 27, 2020, ~4:00pm - Mr. [Member Name Removed] called our office and emailed some project details at 4:09pm. 2. Wednesday Oct 28, 2020, ~8:30am (over night, but just couple business hours later) Mr. [Member Name Removed] took to social media to give us a 1-Star or F review and rant how mistreated he was. 3. Wednesday Oct 28, 2020. 9:35am - I called Mr. [Member Name Removed] but he wouldn’t answer. He only responded via text, to say “We have nothing to talk about” and “You won’t get through my call blocker no matter what number you try in vane to use”...like I was stalking him. Crazy how fast and easy it is to ruin someone’s online reputation - with no credibility what so ever. Then you can’t get this kind of crap removed! Thanks for reading. Now call us just to spite this guy! :)"
"So here is the other side of the story... First, as I informed this client on Dec 26, 2019, I was the one who chose to part ways - professionally and on good terms. I even offered to help with the transition to another contractor of her choosing. I see now that we differ on this as well. As I stated then, "I know you guys are frustrated. We’re frustrated too - as we differ on several issues and that truly bothers me. At this point, I don’t feel arguing my side of things will help. Everything has not gone exactly to the original plan, and we just haven’t been able to get on the same page. That said, I have NEVER left a client hanging and that isn’t going to change now! I’d rather get the project to a good stopping point (and even assist with a transition) so we can part ways on good terms - rather than keep going to the point that everyone is really upset." Second, to address this allegation regarding the city permit, "He stole from me and lied about it", this is simply not true. After this client refused any help with this transition, all we could do is close the non-refundable permit and pay all due fees in full - which we did. I'm disappointed the project didn't go as we both planned, but these inaccurate posts on social media are far more disappointing. Again, we didn't agree on much. In closing, my track record within the past couple of decades tells a different story. I parted ways with this client to avoid this sort of thing, and we're the ones that end up with an "F" on social media. I wish there was a section here where contractors could grade homeowners. Contractors, stay clear!"
