"I hired Alex for foundation repairs, paid $12,121.21 on January 23, 2025, and the job was supposed to start in February. He dug large holes around my home—and never returned. It’s been 5 months with no confirmed start date. Alex also said I needed gutters and windows, so I paid him an additional $8,855.06 on February 20. That work hasn’t started either because it depends on the foundation being finished. Now I’m unable to move forward with critical electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. The situation is stalled, and I’m left with a torn-up yard, an unstable home, and no resolution in sight."

We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced.
