Hat Creek Land Services, LLC has been in business 2 years. We are family owned and operated. I have 30 years experience in the construction field and my Son has 15 years. We do land clearing, mulching, spread dirt and gravel, building pads, ponds, put in culverts and we also do demolition.

"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. I called their office and this time I spoked to the owner he stated the same as the lady before him and I got the same results no replies and now they avoid my calls."

This firm totally ignored that, blanketing every door knob with their flyer...many of which ended up as trach in the street and sidewalks. This company clearly has ZERO HONESTY or ETHICS...so I would AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!"
