It went well! the guy came out gave me a quote. He was very detailed and thorough. He mad me feel comfortable in the whole process. This guy acme over very fast finish the roof fast. they cleaned after, they were very polite they did a very good job. The price range was well, they did some work inside my house too and I had no problem doing that and did a good job as well!

We used Roof Masters for new roofs for our home as well as a rental house. They did an excellent job on both properties. We got estimates from several roofers and the quote from Roof Masters was very reasonable. The deciding factor was the quality of their product and their professionalism and integrity. We were also impressed with the netting system used to protect our windows and landscaping. The Project Manager, Mark, was great to work with. He kept us informed on timing and how to prepare. He met with us several times while the job was in progress and even made sure that all debris including nails was cleaned up from both neighbor's yards.

My roof was so damaged by Hurricane Ida that it needed to be replaced. Roofmasters took care of not only checking and evaluating what needed to be done, but handling aspects of dealing with my insurance that went above and beyond. As a single mother with two kids working two jobs, they took a tremendous amount of anxiety and work off of my plate. Not only with the basics of putting on a beautiful new roof (taken care of efficiently & tidly) but they worked with me closely from assessment through arranging a payment plan through credit. I honestly have no way of expressing my gratitude because there are truly no words for how they took amazing care of my home's needs & mine. What could have been an anxiety producing nightmare....they actually made a pleasant experience. I don't even want to imagine having used another company.
