Simply, he spent time before we had a contract consulting with me to determine my desired outcomes and developed a no nonsense design proposal that addressed my objectives. We encountered a few supplier and scheduling road bumps caused by unanticipated Pandemic restrictions, but he took ownership of the situation, resolved the issues with the involved parties and minimized project delays.
