"I have been wanting to get my home office professionally done instead of hobbled together with components from IKEA. Alan and team had remodeled my kitchen earlier in the year. I was pretty familiar with their quality and handy work so I engaged with them to remodel my office. My goal was pretty simple. make effective use of my small loft area as a functioning office as well as showcase for my large Star Wars collection. I met with Alan and his cabinet maker and we came up with a design that would meet my needs. Once the cabinets were manufactured it took Whats Next Remodeling about a week to build my dream office. They did the following: * Installed canned lights in the ceiling * Installed both lower and upper cabinets, with the upper cabinets having glass doors * Installed custom book cases with glass shelves * Installed a wrap around butcher countertop for the desk I am beyond pleased with what Alan and his crew did. "This is the third project Chellyanna did in my home. I think there are three types of people looking for a big remodel, and Chellyanna will adapt to your needs. 1) First is the type of person that does not care much about using high-end materials, maybe they are just remodeling to rent, or on a very tight budget. Chellyanna/Yossi is very knowledgeable and can suggest many alternatives on how you can save money, not only on materials selections, but also on alternative suggestions on how to approach a project. Through my remodel, I had something in mind initially, and after discussing with Yossi, he came up with some alternatives that could save me money. Note that this implied he actually made less money, but he always said: my main objective is to make you happy. 2) The second type of person is one that is not every experienced in design, so they don’t really know what they want, and how to make everything cohesive. For that you need a designer in addition to a contractor. Contractors will happily implement what you choose, but they are not the best to help you choose. The designer is the one that can help you create a vision and a cohesive look. When you hire Chellyanna you get the best of both worlds, because Rachel is Chellyanna’s lead designer, and she will work with you -- at no extra charge to your project. She will offer alternatives, talk to you, show you pictures, and find out what you like and what would fit your life style. She will consider both function and form. She can even go to the store with you if you want. She will even help pick furniture for your room if you want. She is excellent. Additionally, Yossi also knows a lot about what would look good in a room, so you can trust that he will pick best choices for things through the project, such as positioning of tiles, fixtures, etc. 3) Finally, there are the people like me: I am very particular, I have done many remodels, I know exactly what I want and how I want it, every little thing has to be the way I imagined. So the contractor needs to be VERY patient, because I want to provide input in every single step of the project. This is usually painful for most contractors, they dont like this, it takes too much of time... But Yossi does it with a smile on his face. He took the time to take my input for everything. And sometimes I changed my mind, but he was OK with that also. I can say that I was BEYOND happy with the entire process and ecstatic with the results. In addition to all this, and also very important, is that this company is trustworthy and they will always keep their word. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Chellyanna, no matter the type of person you are, and if you don’t know what you want, trust them, they will figure it out with you! Most excellent company out there."

"This was our first project with GH Construction. Later we did the bathroom which we reviewed on earlier.
They showed up on time and gave us a great proposal. We got new tile on the floor, new back splash tile, new granite counter tops, a new dishwasher and a new stove. We also got two new wall scones and a new recesses ceiling lighting. All of which we picked out.
It took a few weeks after all the products were ordered and when they started the entire project took about 10 working days. Every one of those days they showed up on time and worked a full day. The guys who did the work were clean and they walled off the rest of the house with plastic curtains. It really helped with the construction debris and when they went home at night, they cleaned up their area.
All in all it was a great experience and I used them again a month later on our bathroom. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a good contractor to contact G.H. Construction Services."
