Yossi and his crew converted 1 car part of the garage space into living area with a laundry room and a mud room. I liked the company so much that in the middle of the job I decided to hire them to also remodel my master bathroom. I consider myself a very "seasoned remodeler" as I did a lot of large remodels throughout my life in the past 20 years, some very large such as an entire home remodel. With Chellyanna, besides the outcome being fabulous, the whole process is great. Because Yossi is extremely honest and he will take care of you and do the right thing and make sure you love the result. He will not walk away before you say you love it. Their price is fair, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The whole project took a few weeks, and I had a crew in my house the whole time, Yossi scheduled everything perfectly and he was on site supervising every single day, sometimes when the task was more complex he would stay the whole day, other days he would give instructions, leave for a while, and come back to check. Before, during and after the communication was outstanding, I could text or call or email him and he was VERY responsive, like within minutes he replies to my text! In addition, his wife Rachel is a designer and they work together to help design and also make the selections of tiles, countertop, cabinets, lighting and paint colors. She learned my taste quickly and was able to help a lot. "This was our first project with GH Construction. Later we did the bathroom which we reviewed on earlier.
They showed up on time and gave us a great proposal. We got new tile on the floor, new back splash tile, new granite counter tops, a new dishwasher and a new stove. We also got two new wall scones and a new recesses ceiling lighting. All of which we picked out.
It took a few weeks after all the products were ordered and when they started the entire project took about 10 working days. Every one of those days they showed up on time and worked a full day. The guys who did the work were clean and they walled off the rest of the house with plastic curtains. It really helped with the construction debris and when they went home at night, they cleaned up their area.
All in all it was a great experience and I used them again a month later on our bathroom. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a good contractor to contact G.H. Construction Services."
