He blamed it on a faulty temperature sensor or bad control board and left it in manual mode. After he left, I read through the installation instructions and figured it out. The software for the heater was not configured properly to recognize the signal coming from the control board. Once the setting was changed in the heater control panel, everything worked as it should."

"The process was quick and professional. He repaired the tub on the same day he gave me the estimate. The tub looks like new and has a one year warranty.

"They arrived on time and advised the most logical placement of the fixtures. The deal was for the install of 4 recessed lights at $499 and I wanted two extra, which they charged an extra $340 for. I thought this was a little high since they were already cutting holes and running wire and the cost of the actual LED light fixtures is only about $25 at Home Depot, but I needed it done, so I went ahead with it. They also had to drill two extra holes in my kitchen ceiling where no lights were placed in order to run the wire because of the way the beams in my kitchen ceiling ran. They did this without telling me, but since I already needed to have sheet rock repair done on my kitchen ceiling, it was not a big deal. The only real complaint I have about the work was that they left quite a bit of mess behind (sheet rock dust and pieces). Overall, I think they did a good job and I would hire them again."

"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

He was really good and even when it took few minutes more, he made sure he completed his job and hasn't charged me for those few minutes. "I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. As a single woman, I needed a knowledgeable person/company to listen to my concerns, access the situation and advise on the best route to take. If you need this, Ideal Pool Services is the place to go. Bill listened, accessed, and advised. He was always a text or phone call away. He put my mind at ease right from the start. A no-nonsense straight forward person. He took care of business in a professional way and because he's been in the business for so long, he knows what he's talking about. His estimate was reasonable (lowest out of 4) and never tried to nickle and dime me to death. What he estimated is what I paid. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! Am I satisfied with the job? Bill has delivered on everything he has said so far and we are in our crystal blue pool every single day and night thanks to Bill and his team of experts.
