Hilario is a very thoughtful person and very mindful of his customers and business. During the estimate he advised us of our options and we settled on what was to be done. He gave us a start date and his guys showed up on time on the date we were told. Cleaning and preparations of the plaster service were completed on that day. Hilario was either on the job or in contact with us every day to lead us through the process. He kept us up to date on each step. We actually changed our minds about which surface we wanted in our pool and he made the change immediately without any time changes to the schedule. During the last step we decided we wanted to replace our fiber optic pool light with something more modern. Hilario told us if our options and helped us decide what would work the best for our pool. Hilario actually did the light replacement himself and did a great job installing the our new LED pool light. The new light is programmable so he ran is through the instructions. This guy is really on the ball and treated us great by keeping in touch during each step. My wife is picky and she even said he did a great job for a very reasonable price. When we had other companies here for estimates they tried to gouge us for every little thing. I hate that kind of treatment. Hilario still keeps in touch asking how everything is going with his work. I would definitely hire him again.

Wonderful! Hilario is a trustworthy person. He is punctual, always return our calls. He first checked the whole system and left it working like new and modern. He installed new plaster after going through all the options we had. It looks amazing! And he also comes once a week to maintain our pool and is in excellent shape!

Hilario was very professional, he responded very quickly to a quote request, came two days later and was able to fix the issue and get the system back up running within a couple hours that sane day. He also noticed an unrelated issue with our waterfall and went the extra mile to fix that for no additional charge. Before finding HCM I had tried for over a month to get other pool contractors to come check my issue and they never showed up.

Went great. The owner, Mr. Cruz, was terrific. Got it done for less money and in less time than anyone else I spoke with. He came the next day after I contacted. him. He had it all completed with replacement part to pump put on within the next few days; at a very reasonable price. Compare this to outfits where the repair guys work on commission (i.e., the more new equipment they can sell you, the more they make). I suggest staying away from pool repair companies that work like that. This was yet another reason I liked HCM Pools. They did not attempt to up-charge me. I would certainly use this company again.

Excellent service, fair price, reliable

This is a very professional and respectful group of people. Hilario, the owner, contacted me right away to set up a time to have one of his team come out to look at my pool. He contacted me before his team member arrived and within an hour of his departure, to go over the work that needed to be done. Once we agreed on a price, he scheduled my service for the same week! The acid washing was completed quickly and the results were amazing. It became clear that our filters and valves needed work. Hilario gave me a price right away and it was extremely fair. Hilario took great care of us and I have no doubt that he treats everyone he works with the same. I highly recommend HCM Pools with confidence that you will love their work as much as we have.

Excellent service. Hilario quickly unclogged the line, cleaned the cartridges and replaced those that were bad. He answered all questions I had. I highly recommend him.

Hilario and his crew are very professional. He always give fair and honest estimates and confirms any unforeseen hurdles beforehand. He has worked on my pool filter, heater, really all of it. He is very smart and down to earth. Explains situations and problems that make sense. He even tells me when things don’t need repaired, so i dont waste money. He shows all broken parts when done. I was so pleased with pool repairs experience that i hired him for lawn mulching, tree trimming, and weeding. Even these were efficient, thorough, and clean when completed. Highly highly recommend and trustworthy!
