"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

Within three full days, they had removed all the old tile, leveled out the floor and installed new luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home. We had Ricardo leading the demo team and Sergio leading the install team. These guys were fast, communicating with me the whole time, very knowledgeable and super respectful.
