"I had a small job replace tile in my master bathroom. I had a few other people come out who wouldn't bid on the project. Empire did and set up install two days later. The installers were nice. They quoted me 4 hours however ended up taking much longer than they expected and I think they ended up rushing at the end which one tile seems a bit uneven and there is a lot of excess grout left on the edges. But was able to clean it up pretty easily. I may have them come fix the tile 2 year warranty on the labor which is pretty nice."

"I called Jared and asked if he was available to come by that I had a water leak in the wall. He came the same day with Edwardo. Edwardo does excellent sheet rock installation and repairs. Edwardo cut the hole in the wall to make it easier for the adjuster it see and for the plumber to make repairs. When I let them know the repairs were made, Edwardo showed up a day later. He put the sheet rock back in place and textured our wall to match the rest of the wall."
