Best chandelier installation pros near Fate, TX

"I had a great experience! The electrician did an excellent job moving my chandelier and repairing the original hole and outlet placement. Everything was handled professionally, the work was done well, and I’m very happy with the results. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend his services!"

"Super. The gentleman came and installed the light outside. Then he installed the switch inside and then changed the switches around on one "bank" of switches. Then he left. Short and sweet. I appreciated the fact that he came in, did the work, and then left. I would definitely hire him again."

"Caleb Armstrong and Zack represented Baker Brothers very well as they were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our hot water heater went out Thursday morning and we had a new heater installed by 1:00 pm that same day. We would definitely recommend Baker Brothers!"

"W3 Electric is truly the GREATEST in the game! Not only was Bill Witty respectful and helpful but also worked so hard to accomplish everything I wanted by adding switches and light fixtures in my new home. So thankful that W3 provided quality work in my home. Use them for all your electrical needs! You won’t be disappointed!!!"

"I contracted with JPR to install a wall so that I could convert an open room into an office. They were very fair with their pricing, and did a marvelous job installing the wall to meet my expectations. The renovation included putting in transom windows, a barn door, overhead recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan, along with the required electrical wiring and switches, as well as miscellaneous hardware. Along with installing the wall they also needed to texturize the wall and paint it to match the existing interior. The new wall and completed office now fit in seamlessly and looks like it was always here. We also utilized Roman to install a new pair of windows in our bathroom and plan to use JPR going forward to help us with our other renovation needs. Roman and the other employees he subcontracts did a wonderful job, and they are very friendly and easy to work with. We are pleased with our decision to use JPR!"

"Over Christmas, the pilot light went out on my heater. When we tried to re-light it, it wouldn't stay lit. I bought a big deal off Angie's List for a heater inspection and diagnostic check. The people from Calahan, called and set up an appointment. They arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. The tech actually attempted to save me money by replacing my valve with a used one first, but when he couldn't do that, he went and got a new one and replaced it quickly. He told me exactly how much the new valve would cost before leaving to get the new one. The price seemed reasonable and I agreed to it. I assumed that was the price of the part with no labor. It turned out to be the total price! It was a very good experience. I would highly recommend Calahan Construction and Air."

"From the very beginning, Brian was amazing to work with. I wanted to install a projector along with Dolby surround in a challenging room set-up. Brian listened to what I was looking for and came back with an awesome solution. On the day of installation he and his crew were on time and did the job on time and on budget. Brian made sure I was happy with the installation and showed me how everything worked. He also followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy. I could not be happier with the work that Brian and YES Installation did!!"

"Oscar installed 4 ceiling fans (3 bedrooms and 1 in a vaulted ceiling in the living room).  He located a short in the wiring in a bedroom that had all the sockets and switches knocked out very quickly.  A switch in the vanity area was also 'mis-wired' and he corrected it.
He kindly offered suggestions for the light fixtures in the vanity area.  I need additional work (lighting) and will absolutely use Oscar again.

"The technicians did a good job with the work, but failed to quote me any prices after assessing the project. They told me it was based on an hourly rate before they started, so I was under the assumption it was an hourly rate. My final bill was $444.00 for less than 3 hours of work. They charged me $120 to install a ceiling fan that took them under 10 minutes to install. Their install price was more expensive than the actual fan I purchased today. I called and asked to be directed to management and they said a manager would call me back and they failed to call me back."

"Completed on time and per quote.  Did not replace wall socket or light switch covers.   Left one ceiling fan hanging loose and not remounted.  Crown cover on second ceiling fan not replaced.
