They arrived early ; courteous; competent

Edgar was always punctual and arrived everyday on time to start the job. He did an excellent job replacing all the wood on the exterior of my house with exterior insulation and hardiplank. I have used him for several projects and highly recommend.

Edgar’s services are incomparable ! I asked him to install two chandeliers and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was very quick to respond and his price was very reasonable. I have recommended him to all my friends and family and I know I will be a repeated customer.

I had upfront communications with Edgar to go over the projects to make sure he and I had all necessary items for the project and found out I was missing some items that he said he would stop on the way and pick up to not delay the job. He came just a few minutes early and text me he was here, came inside and went over the project. The project was two leaking, problem toilets that he set up a protective area out of the way for him work in. As they were doing the first toilet, I was remembering the faucet had been leaking so I showed him, a picture of what I wanted to order and he told me he would go to the store, get the faucet and materials needed and come back and install it also if I wanted it. The quality of work, cleanliness, and personality was absolutely exceptional, and I will be telling everyone I know, or anyone who asks that they need to use Obregons Construction. They were the most amazing people. Communication with them the night before to go over the job, and make sure they and I had everything needed to complete the job, as I found I didn’t have all I needed and Edgar said he would go by and pick up the small parts. They showed up just a few minutes early and text they were at the house. They got into the project and were very clean and careful, but found there was an issue with the toilets that they were not mounted correctly, showed me, and told me I just wanted you to know why they had to drill the concrete and do extra work, but didn’t ask anything for it. They had come just for toilets, but I asked about my faucet, I showed him what I wanted, and the price I was thinking, he said he would go get the parts and come back and install it and it is amazing. When they were complete, it was cleaner than it was when they arrived, and the job was done faster than expected, and came out perfect like I had hoped. They did a better job at a lower cost to me, and went way over and above for me. I am recommending them to everyone I know, or anyone who asks. Thank you Edgar.
