Memorial Day storm broke a tree that crushed my 20x30 carport. I called Jerry and explained what had happened and he worked me in for a visit/estimate the next day. He gave me a service date and his crew showed up on time. Blake and his crew were great. Very professional, really nice and answered all my questions. Worked non-stop. Wish I could give 10+++++ stars. An excellent company, owner and employees.

They not only didn't cut corners (figuratively) but went out of the way on improvements with unique situations that I had. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience. This project required the tear down of a previous awning damaged by wind and hail, and construction of a new awning, covering my 2-car driveway (garage is converted to living space.) Jerry Daniel responded quickly to my request for an estimate, provided all information needed for an insurance claim, and worked with me to design the carport I wanted. Although rain delayed the project slightly, his crew came on time, removing the old carport one day (very tedious) and constructing the new one the second day. The price was right, and the results are beautiful. I could not be more pleased. Jerry and his crew were professional and pleasant to deal with. If you need a carport or patio cover you can't go wrong with this company.

They did a great job.

The provider never came to do the work after he visited, quoted and committed to do the work 4 weeks later. As a week later I asked for a change he did communicate that it would take again 4 weeks for the work to be done, fine with that, but that was back in May and we are in late September and he still has not called. Very unprofessional.

They are very busy and gave us a date about three weeks from out initial call. We had to postpone it once and Daniels did not send us to the end of the line, but a found a time within a day of our being back in town. Excellent work, good product, pretty quick installation--in our case about 7 hours. They had to put down some supports through the driveway and had to wait on a jackhammer, after which there were no further surprises. I think it usually only takes between 4 and 6 hours--usually closer to four). They cleaned up everything, finished off the driveway (which looks very good, and I paid with a credit card over the phone. Very easy all around.

Great final product. Difficult to sometimes get phone calls returned. Difficult to get on their schedule (though I understand this is their busy season). Would still recommend them highly because of the quality of the final product.

Contact Mr. Daniel for a Patio and Carport cover. Quick response with bid. We decided to install Patio cover first then waited a couple of months for Carport. Both projects done on time as stayed. Crew was professional and cleaned up after job was done. We are very please and have recommended Mr. Daniel to several of our neighbors and friends.

The work was completed and the workers were very nice and did a GREAT JOB. Even let me know that the debris they were removing was good compost. Would certainly hire again.

Daniel Carport & Patio did a fantastic job. When I first contacted them, they came within a few days even though our metroplex had hundreds of storm damaged properties. Jerry worked out a plan to replace my carport and did warn me that they were backlogged and approximately when to expect the work to be finished. Every contact I had with Jerry Daniel was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, exactly when promised and even though there was a rain delay, it was finished when promissed. LOVE my new carport and would not hesitate to contact them for future work for myself or any member of my family or friends. An A+ owner that follows through and does quality work!

The owner agreed to meet with us after we got off of work, this was much appreciated. It did mean he had a long drive in rush hour traffic to meet us, but he showed up. He was very pleasant to deal with and answered all our questions. We had some rainy days which delayed the project but once the weather cleared up they immediately showed up and had it installed in one day. We had one thing we wanted them to change and he took care of that within a couple of days. Something we really appreciated was that Mr. Daniel didn't want any money up front. He said he did not want to be paid until we were totally happy. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if needed.

Jerry was extremely responsive and helpful. I sent him a couple of pictures and explained the situation and he was happy to help us using our materials.
