Then to make it worse, confused her into signing up for some monthly membership to get a "discount" on bill. Wish she would've called me first. Just sad how they took advantage of her. However, I was charged four hours, and I noticed that the time did not equal 4 hours after I saw Nathan take an hour's lunch, which I believe was added to the service hours. Additionally, I noticed after he left that he left the panel off of the circuit breaker, leaving it for me to re-install."
