We are a 23 year old Tile and grout, carpet cleaning company that is locally owned and operated here in Garland. We only hire IICRC certified technicians, who work directly for us, and we maintain an "A" rating with the BBB. We use a professional truck mounted system called the Pro Chem 405, and all of our solutions are 100% water soluble, EPA approved, and pet and people friendly. We will sometimes assess a fuel charge of $12.95 or more, depending on the distance we are travelling to a job site, and there is an additional service charge for emergency or after-hours work. We accept claims for all major insurance companies.
"Carpets were still wet the next day. It did not smell as if any cleaner was added to the water. Carpets look almost the same but without the dog hair. Meaning, they look a bit cleaner and most of the dog hair was gone which actually was my biggest issue because vacuums do not get I all up. Did not like that I was asked to use my bathroom. That should be taken care of before you arrive to perform your service & is not appropriate. I also did not like that I was asked to review them before they even left & right in front of him. This is a way to get a good review because people don’t like to say anything negative when you’re right there. It is unprofessional and a false review as the carpets need to dry before you can make a determination. Also, he knocked down & broke a picture but said it fell. Even though it’s been there 6 months. No big deal but he should’ve taken responsibility. He did give a small discount but this was discussed prior to the broken picture. Fussing at your helper and showing frustration in front of your customer is uncomfortable and off putting. The discount wasn’t much as the areas cleaned did not add up to even 1 full room. All in all I feel as though they were okay and the carpet looks okay."
