We have spent about $2,100 with Cleanbright in the past 5 months on carpet and tile/grout cleaning before we listed our home for sale and after we moved out. We were generally pleased with the work done so called Billy to get an estimate for sealing all grout in our new construction home. He wrote an estimate for $711 + tax ($770). My husband and I discussed and decided we would wait on the floors and just seal the showers now. Billy then asked – “what would it take for you to get all the work done now?” I told him we would get all work done, just not right now. He then offered to discount the price $150 as a “favor” since we were return customers. My husband was upset to hear that they COULD do the work for that price but Billy had not offered that in the first place. So he challenged Billy and asked – “why didn’t you give us your best price in the first place?” He did not raise his voice; he did not cuss; but he was angry with the fact that Billy could so easily discount about 25% of price and had not done that to begin with. Billy then explained that he was “just trying to help us.” He held up the paper with estimate and literally told us – “I don’t need this… this isn’t a big deal to me… I’m trying to help YOU guys.” Really? Trying to “help” a return customer who has paid good money for services by ripping them off? He then stormed out of the house saying – “guess you two need to talk.” Two minutes later I went outside to find Billy and again explain our position (i.e., we had just spent tons of money on the move, new furniture, etc. and would do floors next month) but he was gone. I called his cell phone and he did not answer. I called the office and his receptionist told me that Billy was “no longer interested in doing business with us.” Really? He made that decision within 5 minutes because we challenged him and he had no answer? Well lucky for us because within an hour we found another vendor who will do the ENTIRE job for $400 (48% less than Billy’s initial quote). Beware of this sleazy "used car salesperson" approach!!

This guy acted like a sleazy used car salesman and was not professional or mature enough to handle the slightest bit of confrontation regarding his price. He doesn’t seem to want to take “small” jobs. And he obviously doesn’t care much about past, loyal customers!!!

I had extremely dirty tile floor throughout the first floor of my two-story house. I had a bathroom upstairs with mildew, and stained tile and deteriorated grout. I also had a tile entry way at the front door that was looking pretty shabby. CleanBright came to my house and provided a free inspection. They reviewed the issues they observed and clearly described the areas that needed work, some I was not even aware of. They provided a detailed quote that I reviewed with the CleanBright representative and then scheduled an appointment for services. They arrived on time, worked very hard and efficiently. When they were finished things looked fantastic. The upstairs bathroom turned out much better than I expected, saving me the cost of having new tile. The downstairs looked great as well, extremely clean. They also provided a tile sealant to resist new stains. My front entry way does not look shabby anymore either. I highly recommend CleanBright. If you need this kind of work in your house, and want great results and an honest quote, I recommend CleanBright.

Cleanbright transformed my floors and backsplash!! I love supporting small local business and Billy makes it easy with his integrity and and good work! We will be doing the carpets and showers next! They did our couch a few years back too and made it look brand new!

If you are looking for someone to clean and seal your tile and grout, look no more! Billy and Scott of Clean Bright cleaned and color sealed the tile in our 2 small bathrooms and entry hallway this week They arrived at the expected time and everything from there just got better. This tile was installed in 1998 and had never been professionally cleaned nor was it ever sealed. (See before and after pictures.) The change was remarkable, brightening the entirety of all three areas. Both men were very personable and I had a serious need for a small project that was completely unrelated to what they were doing so I decided to ask for their help. The "project" was to remove a door from its hinges and place it in the garage. They cheerfully took care of this for which I am very grateful. I'm certainly not advocating that you should ask the CleanBright crew to do handyman jobs while they are doing what you hired them to do. I just wanted to highlight how special these guys are. While I don't expect the floor to need cleaning for many years, I will certainly call CleanBright when I need window or gutter cleaning as these are also part of the services they do. Share

They were very responsive and on time. Excellent customer care. There were a few things that we discussed when he came out to do the bid, but he forgot to write down. Nevertheless, they came back and completed everything with no questions asked. They also sent before and after pics. I felt comfortable leaving them around my home with my not being there. I would definitely use again.

I was very happy with the service I received from Billy and was very polite and personable.258 He arrived on time and was very efficient. He did a great job and I would recommend him to other members.

All as clean as expected. Tech was efficient and thorough.

Billy and CleanBright provided great service! In March, 2017 our water heater burst and ruined all of our wood flooring. The removal and replacement of the old water heater resulted in small amounts of rusty water spilling onto our grout and tile, leaving ugly spots on the grout. Workers in the house constantly for over a week also contributed to the tile flooring and grout being exceptionally dirty. My husband found CleanBright on the internet. After all of the repair work was complete, I called CleanBright and spoke to Billy. He came out, provided an estimate and cleaned the tile flooring and grout and it looks new. He pretreated all of the grout and then steam cleaned. The tile and grout were approximately 4 years old and Billy restored their “new” look. I am extremely pleased with their work. Pricing was very fair and competitive and service was prompt. Would definitely recommend them.

He was very professional and courteous. He had special equipment that was able to get rid of the mildew stain and he even told me what to do to keep it from returning.

Good. Although my expected outcome was utter perfection, the service did a reasonably good job and revealed some problems that must be corrected by other means. The service guy was first class all the way through the job.

Purchased Home Exterior Pressure Washing deal from Angie's list. Everything went very smooth. We called to schedule service and the company got us in right away. The technician that came to our house was very polite and very professional. He did a great job washing our house. The result was amazing. The exterior of my house look like new. All the bricks and wood sidings were very clean. Even the ugly stains on the bricks now barely noticeable. I can't express how happy i am with the service. Highly recommended.
