At first it was nice and its kind of tough since covid hit. They did a terrible job, He is late and He forgotten he has and appointment.

Cesar made an appointment to come out and give me an estimate with in 1 day of my initial contact. He was very professional. He gave me a quote to do the replacement. I had two other quotes as well. I then realized I didn't have the matching tile(what I had was for the bathrooms). Cesar beat the other quotes for tearing out and replacing the tile in wash room and kitchen. He scheduled my job for days later. I was very grateful for this, because I was wanting to put my home on the market to sell. Cesar knew this and worked me in immediately. They were in and out in 2 days, cleaned up everything and did a FANTASTIC job. The floor looks so good. It is amazing the difference a new floor makes. My old floor was dull, it was old, and the grout was so dirty is couldn't be cleaned. Cesar and his team are wonderful, communicate professionally, show up on time and really did a wonderful job. The tile is set wonderfully, the corners of all tiles match up the lines are perfect, grouting looks wonderful. I purchased the tile myself and Cesar was kind enough to pick it up and deliver it to my house as well. I will use them in the future for any work they perform that I may need. THEY WERE VERY competitive in their pricing.

They were good and the work still looks good as well. After they quoted me $325 for the work, I found a coupon on their website for $25 off which they did honor. Their price was equal or below companies that would just be doing tile cleaning.

Cesar came out on Thursday for an estimate.  He was punctual and very professional.  He provided an estimate and was able to schedule our service for the next day.  I asked if he would be able to come at 8AM, which normally they begin at 9AM, and after a quick call to the guy who would be coming out, he confirmed they could accommodate my request.  
The guy who came out was pleasant and was also punctual.  He did a very nice job. The only snafu was that the caulk that was used needed 3-5 days to cure entirely and we had only allowed for 48 hours.  I called Cesar when I noticed it didn't seem to have cured properly and he was out the very next day.  He made sure it was fixed in the area that I had noticed the caulk peeling back after I rubbed it.  It had already began to harden after not being used for another day.  
All looks well and I appreciate the responsiveness, timeliness and quality of work.

These guys knocked it out of the park! They showed up on time to provide a quote, which was reasonable. Reviewed the details of the work, scheduled a time to come back and execute. The work performed was clean and has lasted for the past 6 months. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

They did a great job. They called us to let us know when they would be there, very professional and finished the job quickly.

I asked for a quote to re-grout the entire shower. What I got was a re-caulk. They performed the work quoted, but I didn't know the difference between re-caulk and re-grout until the work I expected was not done. I expressed my disappointment, and the technician said that happened a lot and he would return to complete the job. While we set up an appointment, he never returned. When I called the main office, I was told Tyler did not work there any longer.

Started falling apart in Novwmber. Rework took four missed appointments (Travis kept missing our appts) on their part before attempt to repair wad done.  Then, when repair was being done the tech completed the recaulk but didnt finish the grout because he didnt have rhe right color.  He was to come back but to date has not made any attempt. We chose not to call headquarters again as we wouldnt get any compensation from them based on previous conversations (speaking with Sue) and its just not worth it.

They came out and did the work. We had to have them come out a second time because I wasn’t pleased. They seemed to have corrected it. However, now the grout seems to be coming up but it has been several months. The gentleman who owns the business was very polite and wanted to make sure the work was done right. The first worker who came out didn’t seem to know what he was doing as much as the second worker.

The service was fine. One technician came out for the work and completed the job one day.

They are very good. He had steam cleaned and recolored my daughter's floor, she noticed cracks in an area so she called Ray back. He came back out and the cracks were in an area he had not re-grouted but from a previous provider but he re-grouted the area for free. I have only worked with Ray Pierce and he is very nice. Their prices are very fair and lower then Grout Doctor. I would never work with anyone else.

They were great. They did the work on two separate days and were done within four hours. I was very happy with their work.

The service was pretty good. They had to come back to redo the work but they were prompt.  I appreciated their professionalism and their sense of promptness.

I was very pleased. I had to have them come back a second time because one of the caulks had settled but the job was done well.

While the work was being done, I noticed that my gold necklace, gold cross, and gold bracelet were gone. I wore the items the day before the work began and now they are missing. They started the work on Wednesday and on Friday when I opened up my jewelery box, and my gold chain, gold cross, and gold bracelet were gone.  I called the salesman, and left him a message about this issue.  He had one of the workers to call me. The worker said that the salesman said that he had tried to call and couldn't reach me; He had lied. I told the worker that my jewelry was missing and that it was in the jewelry box in my master bedroom where worker # 2 did all of the work. I also told him after I returned with the paint for the grout, Worker # 2 began to complain that they weren't getting paid because he'd been there too long. Worker # 2 also complained about money and talked about his degrees and how he was only doing this job until he graduates. The worker said that he would relate this information to the salesman. The worker came back to finish the job on Saturday, and said that the salesman & the owner had had a meeting with Worker # 2 and Worker # 2 stood there and showed no remorse. The worker said that Worker # 2 was told to bring my jewelry back on Monday. I told the worker that if I got my jewelry back, I would not call the police. On Monday, when I spoke to the salesman, he denied having a meeting at all with Worker # 2 and told me that he did not know where the worker or I got this information from. The salesman is giving me the run around. The worker also told me that Worker # 2 had only worked for Grout Medic a week and a half.  Also, I had to ask for my 10% discount, which was given to me three days after they'd billed me. I have filed a police report and an investigation will be done.

In December 2014, I was contacted by a police officer in North Richland Hills telling me that she was investigating an incident that was reported to the police about a person from Grout Medic that stole jewelry from a house that he did work on. I asked her how did she get my number and she said that the owner of Grout Medic gave her my name because I had reported that I had jewelry was stolen from my house by a Grout Medic employee.  The officer working my case spoke to the North Richland Hills office, but my jewelry was not recovered.

I filed a claims in small claims court against Grout Medic for my stolen jewelry. My court date is April 22, 2014.  I received a call from the owner of Grout Medic telling me that the Grout Medic person that was doing all of the stealing was fired. He also said that there is a warrant out for this person's arrest.  He said that the person had stolen from about 6 other people besides me. The owner said that he is trying to devise a plan to reimburse all of the people that reported having items stolen from their house. I have not received any type of reimbursement yet.
