It was very good. They were great. They were nice and very polite. They cleaned up after themselves and they showed up on time. They made sure the job was done and done right before they left. I didn’t have any issues since the service.

This company provided the lowest estimate for the work out of three estimates.
Tile: Excellent job on the tile work.  Very level floors and good grout work.  Workers worked very hard were professional and on time.  They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves and trying to keep the dust down.   
Granite:  There were several chips/ nicks in the granite that had to be filled  .

I contacted Joe at Mastercraft Floors for a quote on engineered hardwood flooring installation (including products) for my master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room and dining room.  I found the quote to be very competitive, in fact lower than had I purchased my own products and paid for an independent installer (not through Mastercraft) to install the flooring.  Joe arrived at my home at a mutually convenient time, provided me with the estimate, and followed up with emailed estimate.  Joe also brought flooring samples to my home to look at, or I could have gone to the showroom to look around.  Installation of the flooring was done exactly as scheduled, the crew was polite, and they cleaned up after themselves very nicely.  Joe also came to my home while the crew was working to ensure all was going well.  The floors look great, I am absolutely thrilled with the way they look and the entire process.  I found the entire process to be very smooth, professional, and well-done.  I would recommend Mastercraft Floor to anyone interested in new flooring.  In fact, I hope to be able to replace the tile in my entry and kitchen soon and will be calling Mastercraft Floor again!
