I was able to complete everything within the timeframe requested. They were very punctual, friendly, and thorough. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job, but did not arrive at the agreed time (10:00 am). They only came at 3:00 pm, but did do a good job when they finally arrived.

Great to work with. Very efficient, good price, and cleaner did a great job. Everyone was very friendly.

I told them there was trash all over the place. They said they would clean it, And we waited a week and a half. We agreed on a price, but when they got there, they refused to clean it and they left. I was honest about the trash, so they shouldn’t have agreed to clean it. So if your apartment has trash on the floor, it is a waste of time to hire this service and you can’t count on them if they say they will clean it.

They come in monthly. We love the crew and they always do a great job.

The individual who came, Anna, did a great job for us. She took the time to thoroughly clean, sweep, mop, and dust our whole apartment. She was extremely sweet and hard-working. I will definitely use B&B again!

Great! We have used B&B Maids two or three times a year for deep cleanings since 2017. They are always on time and do a great job! We will continue to use them and recommend them.

Claudia made it so easy to sign up for service, and she worked with our schedule so it would be convenient for us. I received reminders by both email and text, and the housekeepers arrived right on schedule. Our apartment is spotless. I am looking forward to being a regular customer

This was a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Claudia To set up my first cleaning. She was quick to respond and had great follow up. The two person team that came to my house was efficient and thorough. My wood floors absolutely shined when they were through. I’ve already set up my next cleaning.

Excellent and outstanding job from initial staff contacts to those performing service!! House was transformed and it would have taken me weeks and lots of stress to do myself. Mini blinds which were nasty looked brand new and kitchen floor was so clean it looked like you could eat off it. Will definitely use again!! Thanks

We were double charged for the service - they cashed out check and hit our credit card. It is being resolved but we will not use them again.

This was an Angie's List special deal. The company sent very clear definitions of what was and was not included in the deal. The two cleaners arrived on time and got straight to work. The English-speaking supervisor was delayed in traffic and didn't arrive until the cleaning was about 2/3 thirds finished. The cleaners were pleasant, competent, and industrious. A little more attention to detail would help. For instance, the back and sides of the stainless steel kitchen sink was nicely cleaned but the front side (the one closest to you, and not visible without bending down) still had cleanser covering it. Overall, they did a good job.

The crew did a fantastic job! I've been keeping up with my house cleaning but it has come to the point where I do not have time so I hired B&B and they were fabulous!! With kids at home, it's decision I will never regret! Our crew was very friendly and quite reliable. Thank you for the great help! Would recommend to anyone who has trouble getting time to have the house cleaned

They arrived on time and performed a great work!

I paid “BBM Cleaning Services” of Plano, Texas for what was to be a "deep clean". I consider what they did was a regular clean and not a deep clean. The two ladies were friendly but the work done was not a deep cleaning. One lady spoke a little English the other spoke only Spanish, it difficult to communicate. The performance of the house cleaning was average. They left areas that were not cleaned and left dusty. I am disappointed with their services. The overall general cleaning was average but the details are left untouched and unfished, for example: • They did not adequately clean fans and light fixtures or behind furniture, • Several areas were inadequately dusted, for example backs of chairs, chair bases and legs and tops of picture frames, • Fans and light fixtures edges were dusted lightly and flat surfaces were undusted, • Blinds were dusted, but left visible lines of dust on the area that were turned up. • Kitchen cleaning missed wipe off of appliance doors and handles, • The tile floor is front of the fireplace has a brightly colored paper sticker which was left untouched, • Window sill were not wiped clean, they were dusted but not damp wiped, • Edges of three doors and light switch covers were left with dirty spots. The cleaning services provided isn’t a matter of doing an inadequate job - they didn't do the job details. I will be sure to share the disappointing quality of service with everyone who asks for a referral for housecleaning. I wouldn't call “BBM Cleaning Services” again.

Terrible: showed up inconsistently, cleaning service inconsistent: didn't vacuum all the rooms (I complained), didn't clean bathrooms properly (really messy job), not cleaning/mopping the whole floors, not showing up (they forgot to tell me). I give up, not worth the money folks not worth the aggravation for money paid.

Phenomenal. No, really, phenomenal. Will call again.
