We apologize for any inconvenience however, we did follow up after your service was completed making several attempts to contact you to see if everything went okay or if you had any issues to report since you had a 24-hour guarantee for the service. This was explained over the phone prior to booking. You then contacted us after 48 hours that the service was completed which was over our guarantee period. Although we still did our best to work with you to see if there was anything else we could do by considering the amount of time the team took (4 hours) to complete your service, we found the team did their best. The areas that were reported "missed" were areas that are unfortunately in a tear & wear conditions that cleaning products would not be able to remove. We highly suggest other services like paint touch ups or resurfacing since the dirt/grime is already penetrated within the texture. "Dear Customer, Although we were not able to service you, we tried our best and made the attempt to schedule your service even though you denied our request to do an estimate in person. Prior to booking, it was mentioned to you about our services guidelines and the fact that we do not provide excessive trash removal or decluttering. It was also explained to you that if the home were not in regular conditions and we were not able to do an estimate appointment in person, we would be unable to guarantee if we are able to service. This was also stated in the email confirmation that was sent to you (along with your appointment reminder) that the service does not include excessive trash picking and that we may deny service if the home is in abnormal conditions. As we had already explained to you, we had your account to be charged by credit card since your card was on file and we were not aware that you would be paying with a check the day of the service which caused a confusion and your card ended up being charged. Because you tried to contact us over the weekend when our office closes, we weren't able to assist you and refund you then. "Hi [Member Name Removed]! Thank you very much for your feedback. It is very important to us! Our field supervisor was there to meet the cleaning crew and to get from you what you would like for them to focus on and she is fluent in English. The cleaning crew did dust the ceiling fan, the blinds, the doors, furniture, they wiped down all appliance and cabinet doors as well as the light switches and baseboards. Regarding the windows; those items are not included in the deep cleanings. Window cleaning service is a separate service that we provide and that was mentioned when we sent you the guidelines. I completely agree with you that they could have missed some areas and that's why we wait for the customer to check the house and let us know if anything needs to be redone or if they missed any areas. We also have our 24 hours policy that we will go back to do any parts that were missed or not done to your expectation. We have that policy in place as they can, at times, miss areas when cleaning a complete house. We don't mind at all going back as our customer satisfaction is our priority.
