"This was a very difficult removal and took five hours in hot Texas 95 degree weather. The limb crashed at 5:30 a.m. We left a message for Jaime to call on an emergency basis. We talked with him less than 2 hours later. Despite the fact that they had to postpone 3 other jobs that day, they were at our site within two hours. They took a brief 20 minute lunch and went right back to work. One tree worker was up cutting the tree, which turned out to be rotten inside, for almost the whole of the five hours. This was our neighbor's tree which fell into our yard and Perez was happy to work with both us and our neighbor. Many contractors would not do this. Both yards were cleared up from lots of debris. And in fact they cut up the huge tree stumps for my neighbor who wanted to use them for firewood. Will not hesitate to use them for future yard and landscaping work and have our highest recommendation. Especially since they are insured and bonded.
