The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. "We got several bids for the job.  Chavez was the lowest by about 20%.  I checked Angie's list to see if his work was of good quality, given the very attractive price he quoted and saw only positivie reviews of his work.  He started the job on time and finished early and did every detail to perfection.  I was really impressed.  He used GAF Timberline shingles, which are the #1 selling shingle in the U.S. They also did a perfect job on cleanup which is not a small matter when old roofing materials need to be carefully collected and removed, including nails.  I have had several occasions to be on my roof in the past year and have yet to see a poorly installed shingle or edging.  I will certainly be a repeat customer if I need roofing service in the future and can strongly recommend Manual Chavez Roofing.
