Fast, efficient, friendly. I would’ve given them 5 stars if they had called or texted me first to let me know they were on the way, like they had said they were going to do. But it wasn’t that big of a deal since I was there already. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend them.

I received a call within 20 minutes of filling out the request. He fixed my plug for a new dryer on the weekend and I was good to commit laundry on a Saturday. He was polite, worked quickly and did not do extra work that I suggested. The price was extremely reasonable and I would use him again and again. He explained what he did and everything works well. I am extremely pleased.
