"David was very responsive and cooperative. I had to reschedule the appointment once, and David was quite understanding about it. The rate quoted to me for the service was the most competitive that I had found. In addition to that, he had a 5% discount promotion going on for Angies List members. On the scheduled day, the professional who arrived (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) was very nice and helpful. We were still in the process of moving some of the furniture around and he did not mind that. There was a decently big sized rug that he cleaned for us for free. And when I told him that I had allergies, he went to extent of moving a few things to hit areas under large furniture such as beds etc. At the end of it all, I was quite pleased with the results. Great service, quality results and at a very nice price."

"Heavens to Betsy! Y'all have no idea how great a job they did. After years of fostering puppies and being a clumsy spiller my carpets were in a horrifying state. Today, my rooms smell fresh, the carpets look like new. They were responsive, courteous, and very professional. Showed up on time and were very efficient. Added bonus is that they were very reasonably priced! Will save their info for the future and I can't recommend them enough."

"Very nice person. Great job! I changed my carpet to wooden floor."

"Absolutely Outstanding Service! I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Jose did at my home! From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise truly stood out. The carpets were installed flawlessly, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Not only is his work top-notch, but he also goes above and beyond to ensure everything looks perfect. The quality of craftsmanship is unmatched, and I can confidently say that he is the best in the business. Moving forward, he is my go-to expert for any carpet needs, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service. If you need carpets done, look no further—this is the person you want! Thank you for the amazing work!"

"We had the flooring replaced in our little pool house ‘casita’ out back, very professional to work with and knowledgeable, easy to reach and kept me updated on the progress. Always on time and within schedule. Good attention to detail - Highly recommend!"

"We contacted Zavala to replace the carpet in our small hallway with hardwood. We had trouble finding someone to do it due to the small area (around 40 square feet). Zavala came out to take a look and did the job in about 2 hours the same day. Highly recommend."
