"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! "First of all, during these hard times, it was great to know that when this semi-emergency happened, they quickly were on the phone with me, and within 3 hours they were at my home helping me out. Master plumber, was really nice, he went through everything with me and was patient with me through all my questions. I do feel it was a little pricey but that is just a small thing. The job did take a lot longer than initially estimated, but they were very nice and thoughtful throughout the entire task."
