Robert arrived promptly and assessed the leak and provided estimates on what we were looking at and explained everything he was going to be doing to fix our plumbing issue. We were scheduled for the very next day for this repair to be worked on. Day of the repair appointment, Robert arrived within our appointment window started the repairs. We were initially quoted for two hours but he was able to finish the job within one hour and he made sure there weee no more leaks in our pipe. He also contacted his boss and asked him to refund us for one hour back since it only took him one hour to assess and fix our plumbing issue.
