"I paid the Armando Pinales $8000 to install 9 solar panels. He promised the job will take month, it's been more than 4 months and the job is still not finished. I have a trench that was dug by his workers in my backyard and this poses a safety risk for me and my kids. Armando lied to me that the job is completed and has passed inspection, upon calling the city, there is no documentation for any inspection request. He is no longer responding to my calls or text messages and lies about the status of the project."
