The man, the mystery, the 5.0 across the board contractor. The role model the rest of the contractors out there should emulate. Oliver is deliberately hasty and dedicates his every minute to put you in awe when the project is over. From the first consultation, I had the lowest heart rate and stress about all the work we had ahead of us compared to my consultations with other Contractors. He makes you feel like it will be a teammate remodel where you can be a part of the job. That is what I wanted. I cannot sit for 5 weeks and only stand by on any issues that needed my approval or the â  oh shootâ  moments where something behind the wall can affect the contract. Yes, we had contract changes because of those â  oh shootâ  moments, not knowing the plumbing was crushed or that the whole HVAC system was not connected properly. We also had our additions almost weekly. Everything that came at Oliver without a doubt immediately had a solution and did not even affect the timeline. Into the weeds of the job, we had about 1500SQFT of a near full remodel. Kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which did not even exist before we started. This work was redone in 5 weeks! Other candidates told me it would take 3 months based on simultaneous jobs they took and how many guys were available. One huge 5.0-star contribution was that Oliver nearly has his own team rebuild crew. Based on what day and how far the work was completed, someone was always working hard as if it was their own home. He runs an 8am-3pm final clean up kind of day. Every day there was someone working and that made me feel I was an important client of Oliverâ  s. You get that TEAM feel by being a part of your remodel, and Oliver would keep me well informed of the times he would be in and out of our home including any trips he needed to make to various stores. Oliver picked up every phone call and gave support based on what I wanted to know or any changes I may have thought about ahead of time. Oliver was able to take the image in our heads and create it in real life like one of those remodel shows. Adding an entire new bathroom that will be there until the home goes away has to be done right, and Oliver went above and beyond. The previous layout made no sense, and the bathroom was not functional, but Oliver tackled the project with top-notch care and professionalism. He needed three separate licensed employees to start on the kitchen first and finished on week four with the new bathroom. Oliver and his team did an excellent job, beyond what I was expecting. His work excelled and his contract agreement came in the lowest of all other candidates. He is not greedy and cares for all the work under his callused palms. I would not consider hiring anyone else as long as he exists in ELP.

i was apprehensive at first, but everything was explained to me and i felt confident that the job would be done to my satisfaction. The end result was beautiful and the process was painless. HQ-Builders, LLC are a father, son and grandson business who have done remarkably good work on my house over 22 years, to include an addition, new roof, painting the interior and exterior of my home and most recently replacing 16 windows with new state-of-the-art windows while and overseeing sub-contractors' installation of refrigerated air. HQ-Builders show up when promised, perform outstanding work, charge exactly to the penny what was agreed upon, and demonstrate good humor when the customer changes her mind halfway through a project. I know the Bimberg family very well, count them as lifetime friends, have recommended them many associates with positive results every single time. My wife and I couldnâ t be happier with the work HQ Builders provided on our housing project. I had severe stucco damage on exterior walls. Oliver was efficient and knowledgeable, always checking on the quality and progress of the work being done. The work was excellent in every respect, and the price was absolutely fair, AND below several other estimates. I would absolutely use this company again for any and all needs . HQ provided estimates of the work to be done. They check with me frequently on the project costs to remove or add in additional work as the job progressed. The costs were as expected given the increased or decreased scope of the project. Very clean in execution of the work. Checked with me on any changes in materials. Felt very comfortable through the entire job. They painted, repaired rotted wood, removed nails, removed faulty gutter, removed stone planters, painted the mailbox and light sconces. All the work was very professional. Loved the quality of their work. Have called them back to do more work for me. Would hightly recommend them to others.

HQ Builders constructed a new 20X30 garage for me from the ground up. They removed an old slab, poured a new one and completed the job within budget and on time. Oliver made it a point to call frequently with updates, schedules and other information and the finished product is great. I have many years of experience working with contractors and HQ is one of the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He needs to listen to what the customer wants and do what the customer wants. He shouldn't be sleeping on the job.

I contacted HQ Builders initially because they were the only Contractor I could find in El Paso that had deck building experience. Within 24 hours of calling, I had already met with Oliver and explained my vision of building a deck above my patio. I would need stairs to get up to the deck, but there was very limited space. Another condition I had was that I wanted a normal staircase, not a spiral staircase, which would have been a lot easier. Instead of trying to talk me out of it, like the previous Contractors I called before HQ Builders, Oliver embraced my vision and quickly had an architect at my house to get my vision on a drawing. Oliver reviewed the drawing with me and we approved it together, then Oliver was quickly issued a permit. Oliver called me each morning and discussed where we were with the overall project and what he was going to do that day. I had a difficult project in my head that other Contractors were afraid to touch, but HQ Builders was able to build my vision at a fair price. I am very happy with my deck!

Oliver was very prompt and efficient. He and his crew came when he said they would, took care to protect my home while they were working, and did excellent work. I am very happy with my new bathroom! He gave good recommendations for other work he did not do. I would hire them again if I have another project he does.

I had a wood and stucco pillow on my back patio sustain substantial water damage and had to be rebuilt. Oliver and his team were great in all aspects. Timely and quality work. Oliver communicated with me throughout. I'll keep their information for further work.

Oliver and Uwe have completed several projects(inside/outside painting, completed our bathroom remodel) at our home. They stepped in and completed a bathroom remodel that was started by another contractor. They corrected the mistakes made by the previous contractor. Honest, hard working, and arrive when expected. I am quite comfortable giving them a key to the house to come and go as needed.

Oliver and Uwe did a great job of repairing our pergola which was not built to code. I got a very fair estimate (the actual price was $50 less) and the quality of the work was excellent. They got the job done in less than 2 days and returned to haul away the waste lumber. I will certainly hire them again, if the need arises. Very honest and personable. It was fun talking to Uwe about things in general.

Built small deck. Not the least expensive help in town, but darn good work. These folks stepped in and tore up the old job, before beginning theirs. I should have used these guys to begin with. Will defiantly call them again.

Bottom line up front: HQ Builders did an exceptional job constructing our new deck. They were professional, listened to our concerns/comments, and created outdoor spaces we love and will use for decades to come. 1. Mr. Bimberg continuously called to update status (i.e.; scheduling architect, permit, etc.) throughout the construction of our deck. 2. When the exterior stairs per the architect's drawings were not acceptable Mr. Bimberg showed up late on a Saturday afternoon to meet with us and change the stairs. The only cost was for additional materials required. 3. When materials delivered by their supplier were of low quality, they were rejected and new materials obtained. 4. The crews did a good job of managing the stacking of materials so our two greyhounds could use the backyard without difficulty. 5. End of project clean-up was great.

HQ Builders came into our home and professionally and methodically made our home livable, repairing the damage left by another contractor. My wife and I found Mr. Bimberg to be sincere and honest. He arrives on time with all the materials and tools he needs to complete the work to be completed that day. When we discuss our ideas with Mr. Bimberg, he will use his experience and expertise to demonstrate our ideas or to show us something we may like better. All material expenses are documented and we received a weekly invoice of labor and expenses. The communication and quality of service provided by HQ Builders has been exceptional and the only contractors my wife and I recommend to others is HQ Builders.
