He asked a few questions and was ready to get us on his schedule for a free in-person visit to find out what we wanted to do and provide a same-day bid. Jordan was very transparent with us about the process including the materials used. To get on the schedule, we paid 50% of our contracted total. The same day the Engineer came out with Jordan, our project plan was finalized, and our wall removal project was scheduled for the next Tuesday. On Tuesday morning the crew was scheduled to start at 7:30am. They began arriving about 7:00am to unload their lumber in their staging area in our front yard along with delivery of the trash trailer so they could clean up during and after the project. Promptly at 7:30am, Jordan walked up with his crew and introduced everyone. He walked them through the project area briefing them on the specifics. We had a big project, removing a total of two walls and a foyer doorway to open our living/family room to the foyer and kitchen areas. Kudos not only to Jordan, but his crew leader Trey, and team members Zach, Danny, Paco, and Jose. They worked diligently all day for two days making sure to clean up after themselves.
