"Jordan and his awesome team removed the shoddy work of a previous carpenter and professionally installed the proper steel I beams across our recently remodeled home. Three load bearing walls had been removed and the less than adequate work of our previous contractor had begun to leave our roof and ceilings sagging below the maximum allowed measurements and was causing large cracks in our ceiling and walls. Jordans crew jacked everything back up to its original position while attaching the rafters to the new beams… An awesome job by Jordan and his crew. We can now rest easy as we work to restore our ceilings, assured that the dangerous situation we were left with previously has been properly corrected! "BEWARE!! There were multiple projects that needed to be done in our home since we had a flood. The owner John stated he could handle the project. Out of everything that needed to be done not one job was completed properly. We?ve asked for a refund on the project since we had to hire a different contractor to make our house right, and was told good luck. Do not trust this so called company that doesn?t do business as they should. Very unethical at their way of handling situations and doing the right thing for their customers. Do not pay them nor give them a chance to rip you off as well. There are so many photos to attach, but here are a few which are pretty horrifying. "

Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. The bid was very reasonable and they did the job very quickly and did a very professional job. The fence and gates look better than new. I am very pleased with this job and will hire them again."

"Contractor installed a new front window. ($500). The window began fogging within 6 months. Contractor stated it was a manufacturer defect. Paid another $300 to get it re replaced. He showed up with the second window with the wrong size ordered. Said original trim wouldn’t fit now. Contractor stated he would come back with the right trim. Contractor never did. Now wants $150 to come back to “caulk” (not correct way to install a window) it in instead of getting window trim, or pay him $500 more for a third window as I “accepted” his wrong sized window at install. I only accepted it because he assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and he would be back with new trim. Contractor is refusing to replace window with correct size, or bring trim to finish the original job. Won’t return texts now either. I really just wanted the trim and there would have been no issue with the wrong size being ordered. I have screenshots of his texts as well. Filed with BBB too."
