"I hired Ozzy’s electrical service to install a 3 phase surge protector on an electrical box for a not-for-profit education center. He provided a quote in writing (via text message) for this and a few other services. Not only did Ozzy (the owner) NOT COMPLETE this service; he told me that I needed an additional service which doubled his original quote. We paid for all of this work including the surge protector even though he did not complete the entire job in one day ( as discussed). It was not until I asked him the location of the surge protector (after he had left the property) that he told me tell that he did not install the surge protector! This was the first thing on my written list for him to complete. He then told me that it would be another $650 to install the surge protector (that I had already paid for)!!!! DO NOT USE OZZY’S ELECTRICAL SERVICE! This is the WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A CONTRACTOR FROM ANGI’S LIST! I wish I could give a zero or negative #!"

"SSGE acted like a teenager wrt aftersale service. The first time I called SSGE was when then was an alarm on the system, ( a year after install) and they refused service!!! The reason per SSGE was that there was dispute during install. During the sales process, SSGE had told me that HOA approval was NOT needed. Right after installation, the HOA wanted to remove the generator, and it took me 2 weeks to sort out the issue. I paid SSGE the second half of the payment in full only after the dispute with HOA was settled in about 2 weeks.Is that a good enogh reason to not provide service?? I had to call Generac's head-quarters and they helped me trouble shoot the alarm on my system."

"Sean and Juan were awesome on addressing and handling the upgrade and repairs to the electrical issues to my home. They were respectful to the property and made sure that I understood and was aware of what was going on. My only issue that I had, was the office staff repeatedly failed to let me know what was going on or advising time frames for arrival. Sean made sure that I knew what time they would return the following day and let me know, they would not leave until I had power and a/c and job completed. Can't say enough about these guys. What an asset to this company."

"I've had EV charger installed 2 other times prior to using Santiban Services Group (different locations), but never once experienced this level of customer service that Gabe provided. Although, it was my most expensive installation (which I can't blame them due to the odd place my builder placed the breaker box), but the price was quoted fairly and justified. Gabe went above and beyond such as stopping by my house, taking photos, drawing where he was going to do the wiring, and walking me through his findings. On top of that, he even did a load calculation which advised me to install a load management system so my breaker box wouldn't overload. This alone said he's a very thorough and dedicated person. I appreciate that so much because no other electricians were doing that and kept telling me that "it will be fine". Being a first time homeowner, I would like to protect my house to the best of my ability, so saying "it will be fine" doesn’t really give me a peace of mind. So thank you Gabe!!!! For helping me to ensure my breaker box would be fine with the new addition. I hope to continue to use your service in the future 🙏🏻 😊 also, thank you for going the extra mile to vacuum the work area after you guys were done, it was a very nice gesture 🤗"
