"Jeremy Brister (salesperson) was very professional and knowledgeable about the materials, installation process, and financing process. He was very patient with us and took the time to make sure we understood the entire agreement and installation processes and he even checked in with us post-installation to ensure that all was up to our satisfaction. The installation crew (Kyle, Kia, Henry, Jake and Alan) was very punctual on both installation days (2 day installation because we needed a city permit for our remodel), professional, respectful and we really appreciated how mindful they were about keeping the working area as clean as possible. "We had a problem with the kitchen sink pulling away from our granite, as well as a couple of uneven seams from a poor installation 7-8 years ago. John came out alone and fixed it all. The seams were uneven and also pretty unaccessable, but he figured out a way to even them up and epoxy the pieces together. It looks great now. Price was reasonable too. I am very happy with the work - our granite has been an embarrassment for years. Other companies have come out to give quotes but couldn't figure out how to fix the seams. Most didn't want to try."
