"They said one day, took five! Sales said no raw edges, there were lots of raw edges,! The plumber changed hot and cold water taps direction, hard to get used to! I got yelled at for saying that I was not satisfied. They mostly fixed the problem of the raw edge with some edging. It took so long because their installers did not know they had to match lines, and not scratched material! All and all was a very unhappy installation but the end project looks ok!"

Installers were courteous and professional. Work completed to my satisfaction and results were awesome. Installers were careful to maintain my floors clean and were meticulous in wrapping up their work and making sure my bathroom was cleaned. Communication with the field supervisor and sales representative was reliable and prompt. I highly recommend this company’s service. Only thing I wish had been more reasonable is the cost of the project but I guess I should’ve been more firm while bargaining on the price and finance rate."

It included removal of ceiling texture in eight rooms and painting two bedrooms (walls and trim). They reworked kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops in both the kitchen and two baths, adding and replacing both indirect and decorative lighting fixtures. The workers were polite and careful with moving/protecting my furnishings and flexible in the timing of the work when personal issues came up.
