Was very satisfied with the technician. He explained in detail what he was fixing and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was functioning properly.

This was my first experience with such a task, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was very pleased. The driver, Alen, could not have been nicer or more professional. He is certainly an asset for JB Plumbing. Because of him, I will certainly use them again when it is time for another pumping session. PS: cost would have been less, but the tank had not been pumped out for decades and the sludge was like concrete.

They arrived and we had already dug us the access cover to the septic tank. They cleaned, serviced and pumped out our tank. We have a very large tank and his price was very good compared to what my neighbors had just paid someone else. They were very professional and arrived just as scheduled. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Has been my service inspection company. Compressor which was less than 3
years old went out and they told me they had to replace entire system.
Found out from different company that the compressor was not bad, but
just a piece of the system which they could have brought a kit to repair
it. Could have been repaired, did not have to be replaced. Same issue
happened to next door neighbor, and JB Septic's own service man told
neighbor that compressor could simply be repaired, but JB Septic would
not repair it, only would replace it and he give him the name of another
service provider who repaired it for $150 including service call
instead of JB Septic's $600 price.

Gave me good price. Installed septic tank, but had sprayers in wrong place. Plumber gave me better location but Wade lied to us and said it didn't matter, which our plumber later proved him wrong on. Crater holes near septic now because they didn't soak the soil and add more. They never arranged for a final inspection by the county which caused me to delay closing on house by 2 days. They reimbursed me for the 2 days rent which is admirable. Anything else? Oh yeah - they never turned the septic system on, and we went 2 weeks not knowing it until plumber discovered it by accident! Thank God he discovered it. I went with this company because of their Angies list rating, which is now sliding fast. Very nice people, some of the nicest you will ever deal with. Just not good at what they are supposed to do. Horrible experience.

"First I need to clarify that your plumber is my employee, Ken. Wade is my son and I've never known him to lie. Sorry for the confusion on the sprinkler location. Ken and Wade received different instructions on [member name removed] location preference. Yes, sometimes there is some settling around the tanks, but we always add more soil to the proper elevation. wade ask the Field Inspector for the final inspection to be put on the schedule. Wade did not request it through the inspection office. This was our mistake. Again, I apologize for these problems. If there are any issues that we have not addressed, or fixed, please let me know. I was contacted by the owner of the company and it appears there were some communication issues between us. They did in fact come and service our system as of 06/17/13. To-date everything is functioning correctly and being serviced correctly.

"Sir, I am sorry for your experience. Our records still show the house belongs to the previous owners, we were never notified to transfer the records. However we have searched our emails and have no record of any from you. If you called on the weekend, we log all of our calls and return them on Monday morning; I have researched our phone records and do not find any from you. There are two other companies with very similar names, could it possibly be them you called. We did a routine service under the maintenance contract on 6/17/13, which showed that all was in good working order. Please give us a call (I do not have your contact #) and we will be happy to be of service."

They're fine. They installed the septic system and unfortunately they installed one of the tanks upside down which was kind of a problem for a while, but they fixed it. Their price is pretty much fair and reasonable.

Every time we would call, there was no one available(which was usually on the weekend...don't expect anyone to call you back). Of course, they began to avoid us as much as possible because we were a thorn in the backside to them. The woman who answers the phone is the son's wife and she is a witch! Very nasty and surly attitude. Understand, this took place over a period of several years because they had our warranty(HA! lousy system, too...)and so we had to put up with them. I was actually GLAD when the warranty ran out so we could hire a reputable firm!

Jim Blake came to the house within 24 hours of my call. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all my questions. There was an unexpected weather delay, but once work began they were efficient, and finished exactly when they said they would. The area where the tank was installed was solid rock. JB excavated (hoe-ram) and hauled off the material without charging an outrageous extra "rock clause". We were going to build an addition over the old septic system, and JB had no problem working with our engineer to make sure the old tank was carefully filled to support the new foundation. The crew that did the installation were prompt, courteous and willing to answer any questions we had as the work progressed.
