"We had two sofas and a hassock to remove. Seeing that they were not “Junk”, they carefully brought them downstairs and carefully put them into truck using my old sheets to keep them clean and separated from the junk in the truck. Hope someone can use or sell them - or it might be a nice Christmas present for these great guys!!! They were on time, very efficient and friendly. (They need another category for “furniture removal”)"

"It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Quoted me a fair price over phone. Hansel answered all my questions. They arrived on time and installed my system without any issues. They are very professional and left no foot print what so ever. This three men crew were very courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them without a doubt."

Customers say: Quick response

"I left a request after hours and was contacted promptly the very next morning by Ingrid.. Ingrid was very sweet and super accommodating with my schedule (I needed it done asap and She was able to get a guy to me within hours.. it was raining and he still showed up that day and gave me a great estimate for my lawn size… Showed up the next day (Still raining ) and knocked the job out and got my yard looking amazing …. Due to it being so long the job was a lot and not only did Wilber deliver but He was fast courteous and honest… I had a previously cracked side mirror on my car and Wilber was apologizing and willing to remedy the mirror that he didn’t even cause ! That’s the type of honesty and and professionalism that I admire and I will always support !! Safe to say I have a new yard man! 😊 Great service Prompt Response and Even called to check after.. can’t beat it!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Professional lead removal involves identifying and safely removing or encapsulating lead-based paints and materials, using specialized equipment, and following strict safety procedures to minimize exposure and contamination.

The EPA enforces hazardous waste laws and ensures people dispose of their hazardous waste responsibly. Depending on where you live, your state’s hazardous waste regulatory agency may also enforce these laws. Individually, it’s up to each household to properly dispose of their hazardous waste.

If your home was built before 1978, there’s a chance that any paint on your hardwood floors could be lead paint—especially if it was already there when you moved in. Because lead is toxic, hiring a licensed pro to remove it is mandatory. The average price for professional lead paint removal ranges from $1,500 to $5,300 and depends on the scope of the project.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible
