I chose Colony Builders for siding and screened enclosure and later added a roof replacement. The window replacement company was chosen before I met with Mr. Ali Zare the President of Colony Builders. After windows installed-the siding was replaced. During the installation I requested a change in style nail and caulking to be used. Mr. Zare responded promptly and instructed the change. After siding completed I had planned to paint the house the same color. Mr. Zare tactfully suggested I consider a different color and I am extremely pleased with his suggestion.
