"The owner provided a timely and fair estimate to remove a large oak tree in the back yard. The price was to include tree removal, stump grinding, cleanup and haul off. There was an incident with a gutter, which they reported to me immediately replaced at their own expense same-day. However, when the service was complete, they took the mulch from the ground stump and spread it over a large portion of our to avoid additional cleanup and told us that it would go down with watering/rain and fertilize the grass. When we inspected the area and raked the excess spread it was approximately a 5 foot pile of mulch, which we bagged ourselves. When we asked them to come back and remove it for us, the owner said he would charge for the ?additional? service. Ultimately, we felt the job was done ok overall, but unfortunately they cut corners at the end of the job and left us with a mess to clear ourselves."
