"Rip-off artists! Scammed my mother and I'm having to step in and try to help now. James quoted her a price, but after the work was done, his "supervisor" Cory DOUBLED IT with ZERO reason as to why!!! While James did refund $4k, still not even close to what was agreed upon. Not only un-ethical, but illegal. And if you think it can't get worse, you're wrong. It's been LESS than a month and their work is already crumbling away! Gave her a 5 year guarantee but have magically vanished after her messages and photos showing the shoddy "work" they did. CONSUMER BEWARE. They will 10000% take advantage of you if given the chance. I have made a complaint on BBB, filed with the FTC as well, next will be TX Attorney General. Am also leaving reviews where I can to warn others. Will be consulting with a lawyer next week. People who knowingly perform fradulent services and are thieves and I for one am tired of them getting away with it."
