We had an outstanding experience with Pella Windows DFW, thanks to Ernie Borroto, our Replacement Sales Consultant. Ernie did a phenomenal job educating us on the quality, longevity, and logistics of installing the windows. He was always timely and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process. Ernie guided us every step of the way, even after the installation was complete. On installation day, he visited to ensure everything went smoothly and checked in on us, demonstrating his dedication to excellent customer service. He was flexible and helped us explore various financing options for the windows, making the process much easier for us. Ernie was always courteous and professional, and we believe all Pella consultants should follow his example. He's clearly the best at his trade and deserves a raise. We also want to commend Ashton and Mekshek, the father and son duo who installed our windows. Their expertise and seamless teamwork were evident in the flawless installation. They were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, our experience with Pella Windows DFW was exceptional, thanks to Ernie, Ashton, and Mekshek. Highly recommended! I will be telling family & friends about you guys and I will definitely be sending more business your way.

Buyers beware. I contracted with Pella Windows & Doors, Plano, Texas office to replace 30+ windows and 2 exterior doors; including installation, over $50K paid and I am still waiting for the job to be completed, 14+ weeks and counting. This company has similar customer service practices as the airlines and IRS, so beware. There is a long list of miscues by Pella (mis-measuring windows, order delays, production issues) and it's people and to-date, they have failed to recognize or recover from their errors. Their products are good, however the process to completion is challenging. I chose Pella over Andersen and in retrospect realize I hired the wrong company.

1st rain we had there was major leaking at the bottom. They quickly came out and discovered the pieces on the bottom were not inserted so they fixed the problem. We've not had any problems since and have been very satisfied with the service and product.

The sales team was extremely responsive and professional. Unfortunately, the team who came to install the new windows was less than professional in behavior. In addition, they ended up doing some sloppy work like leaving a mess and filling in gaps between the window and the frame with putty. I discovered this when I attempted to install blinds and was met with putty...not wood. The weekend after the installation, we had a very bad storm and one of the new windows leaked significantly. My contractor came out immediately (during the storm) and put up plastic. The problem was resolved and I have not had a problem since. Pella has been very responsible to my needs and issues. The windows are beautiful and the quality is worth the expense.

Horrible. The salesperson will promise everything, and they still owe me refund after 3 months, and never respond afterwards after the work is done. Looks like I may have to sue them to get my refund back. So think twice if you want to hire them. They will not respond after the work is performed.

They were okay. I am undecided as to whether I will use them again in the future. There weren't that clean when they installed the window and I think they left some oil or grease marks on some of the walls. I would tell someone who might use them to make sure they wash their hands before they start the job.

It was fair. It costed enough. They could have better communication. They make promises they couldn't deliver. They have inconsistent workers. I would get a quote from them. I wouldn't just call them directly. I'd compare.

It was great. Just their personal care, they watched what they were doing. They took stuff out, carefully cleaned out well after themselves, followed up after everything was in. I had a question about how things handled, and they sent someone out to look at it.

It was my first time using the company and everything turned out very well. A crew of 4 came out and completed the job in about 10 hours. They had to completely cut out the frame for the installation. They were knowledgeable and did a good job. They were also professional and were hard workers. I had no difficulty scheduling the service. It does take about 1 month for them to install the door after you schedule the service. After they installed the door there was a tiny hole on the top of the door. It did take them about 2 weeks to call me back about that.
