This project was HUGE, we asked Gerardo to pour a driveway, build a shop pad with a massive retaining wall, erect a 30x50 metal shop, add a 22x20â patio extension extending the existing roof line. Gerardo performed phenominally! Our project took several months but from the start communication has been excellent! All concernâ s big or small was addressed. The first was to replace my Bermuda Lawn with Palisades Zoysia and the second was to replace a generic walkway to my front door with a new Stamped Concrete walkway. The removal of the "generic" concrete walkway and installation of a new stamped concrete walkway went very well and was completed in one day. They allowed me to pick the exact path that I wanted for the concrete forms and made sure that the color (red brick to match the house) was what I wanted. "Jason with Dad's Garage Door came out and repaired our "vintage" garage doors.They were the old style pull down doors and the springs had gotten out of adjustment. The doors would not close all the way down and one would not stay up and open. We were told that we would have to have new garage doors by another company because you couldn't get those springs anymore. Jason repaired the old ones for us and saved us about $3500.00. Told us if we have any other problems just call him and he will come back out. We would highly recommend him for any type of garage door repair."
