"I contacted 3 different Angie's list providers for Drainage and Patio installation.  The owner of Pinckard Landscape, Lon Pinckard came out and looked over the area within 3 to 4 days and gave me a bid on the spot.  A few days later, due to a neighbor having issues and some work done between our houses, it required Lon coming back a second time to reevaluate.  He was thorough and communicated well how he would approach our drainage issues.  He even explained and helped me understand how some french drain systems can allow for mosquito infestations to build (which had happened to us at a prior house!!) The job was started within about 3 to 4 weeks and a substantial drain was installed in 1 day...about a week later the patio guys came in and created a 12 by 12 patio and walkway within 2 days and even modified our original idea on the spot to create a more interesting look, I can't say enough about how great a job his patio guys did.  We are extremely happy with the finished product and have had two decent rains since completion, both of which showed that the drainage system is working properly.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Lon again.  His honesty and his attention to detail was impeccable.  Thanks Lon!  and thanks Angie's list for allowing me to connect with Lon Pinckard

I had a dirt driveway that was not level and would retain water after a good rain. Keith was able to build the driveway up and level it. The finished product looks great. "Jason with Dad's Garage Door came out and repaired our "vintage" garage doors.They were the old style pull down doors and the springs had gotten out of adjustment. The doors would not close all the way down and one would not stay up and open. We were told that we would have to have new garage doors by another company because you couldn't get those springs anymore. Jason repaired the old ones for us and saved us about $3500.00.
