"We have had a really hard time contacting him. We call and he never responds. He installed our tub and surround. It looks ok, but its awkward looking. We paid him all of the money 50% percent at time job started and 50% when job was "complete." But the tub does not drain at all!!!! We have contacted him many times and he does not respond. So we have no recourse to get our job finished. Poor professionalism, Bad Job!"
