Someone greeted me, and asked me if I needed help the moment I walked in the door. They pointed me in the right direction, and had someone take me there. They briefly showed me the whole wall of what was available.

At first they brought energy efficient, 5 star windows for the Northwest - it was an honest mistake. The heat in Texas is different and required different type windows. They replaced them with windows for the South climate because our humidity is much different. The quality is great, service is great with Home Depot. They had good follow thru. I am very happy with my experience with Home Depot.

I get materials and whatnot from them. I am going there tonight to schedule them to come install some French Doors and I am a little leary of having them do it because their service has been very poor. I've been very unhappy with them. Their attitude sucks. You can't get anybody to answer the phone. When they do answer the phone, one guy told me that he was talking to someone and he would have to call me back in an hour. Dude, just look me up on the computer and tell me if my stuff is there or not. Either it came in or it didn't. He put me on hold for an hour and a half. It has just been a run around, run around, run around. People just have a bad attitude towards service. I would tell people to avoid this location like the plague and use another Home Depot. It has been really bad attitudes and they don't seem to care. There has been 2 people that cared but the rest don't seem to care.

Home depot installed a laminate flooring in my craft room for me. The crew was quick and finished within 1 1/2 hours. The floor looked nice but I will not do laminate flooring again.

They were alright, but I would give them a "B" instead of an "A;" they lost my order.

I thought that Home Depot had a reasonable price. I ordered a door incorrectly but when they delivered it, it was still the same door. I called them and they were so helpful. They have good people for installation. The products were good.

I will use them again.

I go there very often and it has been a good experience with them. Their quality of service was overall good but I also had got some kitchen remodeling work done a year ago and it did not go the way I had planned it. I won’t be using them again for any remodeling work.

We do like the layout of their store.  If you have trouble finding something they do have people that know where to locate things.  We've bought appliances from them before.  We like their lawn and garden area.  The main reason we like it is it's so close to our house.

If you are value conscious, look elsewhere. Their service includes replacing all hardware & drawers so if yours are in very bad shape, it may be worthwhile to look into it. However, there are may others who can do the project for half the price. Shop around!

I was very happy with the whole thing. They knew what they were doing, explained things well, I learned a lot and they cleaned up every day. You'd never know they were there.

I did think that the price was high, but the door was custom ordered and custom installed. The job they did was fabulous. They were very thorough and on time. I have used them before and I always like their work.

I PURCHASED A 52'' CEILING FAN, AND REQUESTED INSTALLATION. THE FAN WAS $120, AND THE INSTALL WAS $69. THE SELECTION OF FANS WAS GREAT! THE INSTALLER CALLED BEFORE COMING, AND WAS EVEN A BIT EARLY. INSTALLATION WAS VERY QUICK, AND HE TOOK THE OLD FAN WITH HIM.

THE BLINDS THAT WERE PURCHASED DID NOT COME IN AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, AND ONE BLIND HAD TO RESIZED.
