"Harman Gill from Geek Squad saved the day for me. I am 74 and not a tech person.. I could not make an appointment because of the screen on my iPhone. He hooked it up to another keyboard and made the appointment. He then tested the iPhone and found the problem. He didn’t have the screen for my phone, so he got me an appointment at Apple for that same day.   • Allow plenty of space around the TV for ventilation.
