Overall I was quite pleased with the installation service and the quality of the sound from the speakers. The technician seemed knowledgeable and experienced. He and other people who assisted me were all polite and courteous. The installation was clean and the speakers worked very well. You cannot see any signs that any interior panels had been removed and the car was returned to me clean. During the installation process he said that he would have to fabricate spacers to make the door speakers fit my car and that he would have to charge me extra - around $15 I think. I felt this was reasonable and agreed. The only negative was that the installation took much longer than expected. I got the impression that this was due to a problem with an installation that was ahead of me. But they discounted my installation by $20 for the inconvenience. I know that things don't always go as planned, and I felt they handled it well, so this did not affect my overall score. I would return to them for similar services in the future and would recommend them to others.
