Install was decent, nice guys, however the Manager or Owner is absolutely horrible, I had an emergency “question “ “issue” so I called in a panic, thought my house was going to burn down and he said they will do nothing about It I should refer to mamanufacture? Really??? I live walking distance and this is my response? My 101 grandmother, my elder parents, my relatives in Hurst will no longer use, recommend this place ever again! We went there trying to support small business but with that response it’s big chain for us from now on! Good Luck!

The repairman was on time and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He fixed the problem and provided a lot of useful information regarding washers and dryers in general. I was very pleased with the service and will use this company again.

Larry does not service this brand but gave us the number to someone who does. He also told us how to troubleshoot to see if we could get the machine to reset ... we followed his instructions and the dishwasher is working perfectly again! He is very honest and when the time comes for any new appliance or repair we will certainly use them.

He walked in saw oven did not work,checked breaker,wrote down model# walked out. total time less than 6 min. Called and did not have what ever he thought was needed. Tried to sell me new oven. Cost over 50$. Wish I could have job like that.

They did well, came when they said, were courteous and answered guest ions for me. They also hauled away the old washer and dryer. The only problem is I purchased a ge and am not sure I like ge washers and dryers.

First guy was prompt. professional, but left us with a slightly off door opening that my husband thought would make problems down the line. I called and the owner of the store said he would personally come out and make it right. He did, with no charge! Would definitely call them again.

I got on line and found a control board from the manufacturer at $129 and some odd cents. Since the serviceman said that was most likely the problem I ordered it. When it arrived, I installed it, as if was a very simple remove and install, about 12 screws. It didn't fix the problem. I got to looking into the problem since it was giving me the message PF, which was power failure. I discovered that the supply line for the power had somehow come loose. The lights on the panel would light up, but it wasn't tight enough to power the pump, etc. I repaired the connection and it fixed the problem. In my opinion, the tech should have at minimum checked for this problem while he was here. He just pushed buttons and charged me for a service call.

It went fairly well

Excellent service. After discussing possible repair and age of old unit, I decided on a new one. It was delivered and installed promptly and is still working to this day. Very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable.

Only place that would try to repair it.  Power supply went out after 2.5 years.  Gorgeous plasma tv but discontinued.  They checked with Samsung to make sure the part was available before having me bring it in--repaired in 2 days--fair price when the original sales price is taken into consideration

No problems. Got things back to level quickly. A bolt had not been placed right when the unit was installed.

Honest repairman told me to run it as long as possible because the parts and repairs would cost more than a new one. Since I had already paid for a service call, he gave me some advice on how to treat my other appliances to make them last longer.
