When I first encountered them, the manager said they’d give a written estimate for the repairs. They sent out my computer to be looked at and gave me a verbal estimate. They also told me that they would send an email to my local store containing the written estimate. When I received my computer back from them it didn’t include the written estimate that I had requested. When I went to my local Best Buy, they told me that they did receive the email containing the estimate but would not provide it to me. They then told me that they do not give written estimates per their policy! I need a written estimate to receive a refund from American Express and this is why I went to them in the first place. They wasted an entire week of my time.
