Harman Gill from Geek Squad saved the day for me. I am 74 and not a tech person.. I could not make an appointment because of the screen on my iPhone. He hooked it up to another keyboard and made the appointment. He then tested the iPhone and found the problem. He didn’t have the screen for my phone, so he got me an appointment at Apple for that same day. My iPhone is now working great I am one happy person and wish there were more people in this world like Harman. Please put this review in his file. Thank you Janelle Weber

I was going to have them come out to my house, but instead saved a little money and went to my local Best Buy.  The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.  My laptop requires more maintenance but I would have to leave it with them.  Unfortunately I am unable to do that but he was able to get me up and running in less then 20 minutes.  It was a great relief and the cost seemed reasonable.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT IN THEIR SERVICE AND PUNCTUALITY. OUR TELEVISION WAS REPAIRED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS SUPERB. I WOULD DEFIANTLY DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
