"I called 911 Locksmith Services for my new home, and they easily scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Dylan at 911 Locksmith and Security is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional with locks and security. I wanted to replace key locks with keyless entry on three doors. I also needed to match hardware to fit my personal taste. Dylan came on time for my appointment, and was prepared with everything needed for the job. After he started the work, I asked if I could add a door lock that I had neglected to include, and Dylan had no problem making a quick run to the warehouse to pick up what I wanted, and had all three of my doors finished and secure in one afternoon. After the work was complete, he took time to make sure I understood how each secure lock works. Thank you 911 Locksmith and Security, and especially thanks to Dylan for a job done well. "The workman (sorry, can't remember his name) was very nice and professional. Explained my options and did the work efficiently. My only complaint, and the only reason he didn't get a perfect score was that he found a 2x4 where I wanted the light switch. I would have preferred he just cut through the 2x4 (it was not load bearing) but instead, he shifted the light switch to one side. So now, the closet is wired like I wanted it, but the switch isn't centered where I wanted it.
I accept part of the blame for it since I didn't specify exactly where the switch should go but I would have preferred he ask me what I wanted to do before moving it.
Other than that, he did a great job and I would definitely recommend and use him again.

"It's hard to find reliable, trustworthy repair people of any kind. Well, I found H&K and the reviews led me to hire them. I cannot stress how impressed I was with Henry's attention to detail, pride in his work and friendliness. He explained what it would take to do the job and the cost. I had to have a bridge cabinet cut down to fit a combination microwave/vent hood over the range. He did this expertly and even helped install the microwave/vent hood. He also had to do some electrical to that same cabinet. Our job also included tile backsplash on two walls. Henry went way above just doing a good job, he went the extra mile to make sure the wife and I were satisfied..................... WITHOUT ASKING or pushing him, like some contractors you run in to. If you need any home repair done, H&K would be one of the first, if not the first, to contact for a bid. I won't bother getting quotes from another.
