It went very well. A locksmith came out the same day I called for service. The young man was very polite and cleaned up after himself when he was finished with the installations. I was very impressed with this company and the professionalism they displayed. I researched several locksmith's to see if they were indeed licensed by the Texas Department of Safety's TOPS department and this company was the only one I could find that was currently licensed. I was very satisfied.

Replacing would have cost more, but all I needed was a repair. VERY nice person. very professional. Trustworthy. would recommend highly. will use again.
