It was about a two hour job. When he got to the last one it was too gaped. I noticed that it wasn’t seated properly. I had to chisel it out and put it right. He got my french doors to work properly. Aarons gave me the best quote, everything was great except for that one little detail.

I was not there when the locks where changed out, my fiancé was, but I do know this company was punctual, quick and professional. No complaints. Will hire again.

Irritating to just be dismissed without help. It's okay for someone not to be able to perform a service but not to be treated in that manner. By the way, used their site to send a customer Inquiry and had gotten no response after 4 days. So just called myself.

It went extremely smoothly! I was able to book an appointment for the very next day, which was very helpful. On the phone, I was even asked what color my doorknob was so that they could match the color. He arrived about 45 min after they had said originally, but once he arrived, everything went great. He was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. He finished up a quality job in lightning fast time -- we joked that it took longer to get the credit card payment in than to actually install it. He repeatedly tried to clean up the mess left by the drilling, but I insisted on doing it myself with the vacuum after he left. I also consulted him about a cracked door jam, and he gave me sound advice before leaving, explaining both low-cost and more comprehensive options. Deadbolt looks great now and was exactly what I wanted.

Back in December I used this company right after we moved into a new home. After we moved in, I took some time off work so the fact that they came out an hour late didn't affect me as much. This morning, as soon as they opened, I called to set up an appointment to have the three doors re-keyed. I was given a window of two hours between 2:00-4:00 PM on April 12th. I left work early to be home for them so that they could come do what they had to. At 3:50 PM I received a call, exactly like last December, letting me know that they were running behind and that they would be at my home around 5:30 PM. This time, however, it is extremely frustrating that they were late especially since I made extra effort to be at the house on time for them. Yet again, they used the excuse of "we're running behind" to explain away not showing up when they said they would. During this conversation, I challenged the technician who called saying that this is exactly what happened last time. I also explained that this time it affected me badly as I had to leave work early to be there on time. After saying this, the technician through the phone down and cut the call off. I feel that this company should be held accountable for their schedule. They need to realize that working customers make time from their schedules too. Continued missed appointment windows are costly and frustration for customers. Because of this, I would not recommend this company nor would I use them again.
